Maegan was born and raised in Arkansas, lived various places due to school, and moved to Charlottesville, VA in 2018 to join the CCC staff. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Moody Bible Institute in Chicago, IL; a Master of Arts in Christian Education (minor in Women’s Ministry) from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, TX; and is currently completing a Doctorate of Educational Ministry in Leadership at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. Maegan also serves as the Creative Officer for Transforming the Heart Ministries based out of Fort Smith, AR. She has a deep passion for the Word, discipleship, and training women within the church to study and know the Word for themselves. She is married to Zach Pittinger. She loves any time spent with her husband, being with her family, Oklahoma Sooner football, being around people, and a good cup of coffee.
